ArmInfo. As a result of cooperation between the Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) and the express delivery service , regulations were introduced regarding the terms of delivery of orders, guaranteeing the interests of consumers.
According to the CPC, LLC proposed changes to the rules for the provision of services, which are aimed at ensuring the rights of consumers and eliminating possible misconceptions related to delivery times.
According to the new rules, it will be clearly stated that the published terms are indicative and that they will be periodically revised taking into account objective criteria and the actual terms of previous periods.
