ArmInfo. This coming weekend, August 10 and 11, the Victory Park in Yerevan will host the 6th city tourism festival "TARAZfest". This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Armenia.
The source notes that the festival will bring together masters and artisans from the regions of Armenia, Yerevan and Artsakh. Embassies accredited in Armenia, cultural centers of national minorities, museums and companies representing Armenian products have been invited to participate. The festival program includes shows of individual collections of costumes and clothing created by Armenian designers from both the Teryan cultural center and local and international masters. Armenian ornaments and carpet patterns will be used in the collections. According to the report, musical accompaniment will be provided by traditional Armenian song and dance ensembles, as well as artists representing national minorities. Let us add that the festival is being implemented with the support of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Armenia in partnership with Park Pobedy LLC.
