ArmInfo. The World Congress of Innovation and Technology 2024 (WCIT) will be held in Yerevan on October 4-7. This was reported by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.
As the source notes, the issue of preparation for the upcoming event became the subject of discussions at the meeting of the interdepartmental working group. Executive Director of the WCIT 2024 Organizing Committee Hayk Karapetyan presented the events held for the upcoming forum. Representatives of the departments included in the working group spoke about the performance of the functions assigned to them, confirming their readiness to assist in the proper implementation of the event.
Representatives of the working group also touched upon challenges, problems and possible solutions. As a result of the discussion, it was possible to choose the most effective formats for solving the presented problems.
The importance of proper preparation for the event and prompt organization of all work was emphasized.
The congress will be held under the motto "Artificial Intelligence Beyond Borders and Within Ethics". In parallel with it, the DIGITEC Armenia exhibition will be held. WCIT 2024/DIGITEC will bring together keynote speakers at panel discussions, B2B meetings will be held. The forum will feature innovations, business presentations, seminars and other events. The congress will be attended by leading experts in the field of artificial intelligence, who will also take part in the DIGITEC exhibition, get acquainted with companies and their technological potential.
