ArmInfo.Armenia intends to apply Latvian experience in developing a closed-loop economy. This  became known following the working visit of Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan to Latvia, where he visited the EggEnergy company.

The latter specializes in developing a closed-loop economy using  alternative energy sources and technological innovations. The company  produces 10 million cubic meters of biogas and organic fertilizers  from poultry manure annually.

As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy, the  parties agreed on a return visit by the company's representatives to  Armenia in order to establish cooperation and implement the  technologies they use in our country.

According to the source, Gevorg Papoyan emphasized the importance and  necessity of developing green agriculture from the point of view of  environmental protection.
