ArmInfo.Ardshinbank CJSC and ML Mining company are raffling off 400 apartments in the premium complex "Avan Towers" at an exceptional price of 427,000 drams per square meter.

The construction of "Avan Towers" is carried out on the basis of a three-party memorandum signed by the City Planning Committee of the RA, Ardshinbank and the ML Mining company. The program is designed to provide affordable housing for civil servants. Considering the large number of applications, not only civil servants, but also any client of Ardshinbank, regardless of their field of activity, can apply for participation in the lottery.

To provide a more comfortable process for its clients, Ardshinbank has simplified the conditions for submitting applications for mortgage lending: in case of making 20% prepayment, income analysis will not be conducted and all the winners will receive a Gold Card with one-year free service.

He also emphasized that "Avan Towers" is popular among city residents due to the opportunity to purchase affordable apartments and receive an income tax refund.

 

"The Avan Towers complex occupies an area of about 120 thousand square meters, work on the construction of the reinforced concrete foundation began several months ago and is scheduled for completion in 2027., " added Eduard Margaryan.
