ArmInfo. According to taxpayers' settlement documents, including cash register receipts, 532.5 million transactions worth 9 trillion 782.7 billion drams were carried out in Armenia in January-September 2024. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee.
The source notes that the achieved result exceeds the figures for the same period last year by 57.4 million transactions in quantitative terms or 12.1%, and in value terms by 1 trillion 284.5 billion drams or 15.1%. Only through the line of issued checks of cash registers, 497.2 million transactions worth 2 trillion 080.9 billion drams were carried out, which exceeded the quantitative indicator of the same period of the previous year by 48 million transactions or 10.7%, and in value terms by 153.9 billion drams or 8.0%.
The committee also reports that in January-September 2024, 107.9 million non-cash transactions worth 642.1 billion drams were carried out, which also exceeds the indicator of the same period of last year, when 49.9 million non-cash transactions were recorded in quantitative terms or by 86.3%, and 197.4 billion drams or 44.4% in value terms. At the same time, the Committee reports that in order to comply with the principle of comparability, the above indicators did not include data on taxi services, which in September amounted to 6.9 million transactions worth 8.7 billion drams, of which 2.4 million transactions were non- cash transactions worth 3.4 billion drams.
