Deputy Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Minister, KfW  delegation discuss construction of Kaps reservoir 

ArmInfo. Vache Terteryan, the  Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, discussed a number of issues regarding the Kaps reservoir construction during at a meeting with the delegation of KfW Bank. 

This is noted in the TDI report.  In this regard, Ashot Khachatryan,  the Executive Director of the Territorial Development Fund of  Armenia, spoke about the progress of the program, existing challenges  and future plans.  At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to  continue their discussions.  According to the report, the  construction is being funded through loans from KfW Bank and with co-  financing from the Armenian government.
