Armenia`s government plans EUR 500mln Eurobond issue 

ArmInfo.The deficit of the state budget of Armenia for 2025 should not exceed the volume of  capital expenditures. This was stated by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia Vahe Hovhannisyan on October 28 during the discussions on the draft state budget of the country for 2025.

According to him, in the next financial year it is planned to attract  $600 million to cover the deficit of the state budget.

The size of targeted loans will be 221 billion drams, and assistance  loans - 261 billion drams. It is also planned to issue Eurobonds for  500 million euros, which will be used to repay the principal amount  of previously placed Eurobonds.

According to the draft state budget, the deficit in 2025 will amount  to 609.4 billion drams or 5.5% of GDP, against 482.9 billion drams or  4.6% of GDP in the budget approved for the current year.
