ArmInfo.The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Gnel Sanosyan described his recent meeting with the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey Abdukadir Uraloglu, as highly productive and successful. In a conversation with journalists on November 4, Sanosyan noted that during the meeting they talked about the potential utilization of idle infrastructures, including the Kars-Gyumri railway.
He emphasized that the ministers deliberated on the potential opportunities that could arise for the two countries and the region through the utilization of infrastructures. Additionally, they discussed the Armenian government's Crossroads of Peace project. Sanosyan added that there are initial ideas on the duration and the financial needs of the restoration work. According to him, if the general discussions progress, they could lead to a project that may be implemented.
