ArmInfo.Armenia has sent proposals to Russia for a second time regarding changes to the provisions of the interstate agreement in the field of mass telecommunications. This was stated by Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia, during a conversation with journalists on November 11th. In this context, he noted that the proposals were sent a month earlier.
<And we anticipate a prompt respond from our Russian partners to gain insight into their perspective on the proposed changes>, Hayrapetyan noted. At the same time, the minister mentioned that the Russian side did not respond to the proposals sent four months ago. Therefore, the same package was sent for a second time.
