ArmInfo. Armenia plans to open its trade house in Iran. This was the topic of a conversation held the day before in Tehran between Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Narek Hovakimyan and Deputy Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade of Iran, Head of Trade Promotion Organization, Mohammad Ali Dehghan Dehnavi.
The meeting was also attended by the Trade Attache of Armenia in Iran Vardan Kostanyan, the press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia reported.
During the meeting, as the source notes, issues related to bilateral economic relations between Armenia and Iran, trade and economic cooperation were touched upon.
Narek Hovakimyan welcomed the opening of the Iranian Trade Center in Yerevan and discussed the details of the establishment of an Armenian trade house in Iran.
The parties emphasized the importance of deepening cooperation within the framework of the memorandum of understanding on the exchange of goods signed in Yerevan, and also expressed their readiness to develop new platforms.
