ArmInfo. RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan met with the Executive Director of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation Kenneth Engel.
According to the Ministry of Finance, during the meeting the parties touched upon the possibilities of investment in the private sector in Armenia, discussed the prospects of providing support to small and medium-sized business projects. Issues of food security and housing construction for refugees were also discussed.
Vahe Hovhannisyan highly appreciated the current level of cooperation with the U.S. DFC and expressed hope that in the future it will be further strengthened, contributing to the stable development of the Armenian economy and improving the investment environment.
