ArmInfo.Germany will help improve the transport and logistics sector in Armenia. This was reported by the press service of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), referring to the launch of the regional program <Strengthening Sustainable and Digital Trade Routes and Logistics Concepts between the Eastern Partnership Countries and the EU> in Armenia. The program will be implemented in our country by order of the German government.
Within the framework of the latter, it is planned to transform trade through digital solutions, update important infrastructures, and improve the efficiency of logistics.
As noted by GIZ, these reforms are aimed at unlocking Armenia's potential as a regional trade hub, strengthening ties and achieving sustainable socio-economic growth.
According to the message of the German Embassy in Armenia, Germany, in particular the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, continue to assist Armenia on the path to regional integration, finding digital solutions for the customs, logistics and transport sectors and, thus, creating favorable conditions for trade and export.
"Thus, we also support the vision of the "Crossroads of the World" project. Our new regional program will also connect Armenia with the best solutions of Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia," the source said.
