ArmInfo. The Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) has not yet received a proposal to finance the construction of the Mastara reservoir. This statement was made by Yaroslav Mandron, the Deputy Chairman of the EDB Management Board, on December 5, in response to a question from ArmInfo.
"To be honest, we have never heard about such a project," Mandron said. In turn, Chairman of the EDB Management Board Nikolay Podguzov noted that if the Armenian parliament is discussing this issue, then it is true. "Another thing is that there has not been any official request to the Bank yet. If such a request is made, we will pay maximum attention to this issue and provide financial support," Podguzov said. At the same time, he did not rule out that this issue is being considered by the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development.
