According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open to all types of vehicles.
Meanwhile, according to a report from the Center for Traffic Organization of North Ossetia, there are currently 1,275 trucks from various countries in line to pass through the "Upper Lars" checkpoint, 505 of which have Armenian license plates.
