Pashinyan: EAEU ensures economic development dynamics of its member  countries

ArmInfo. The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) currently ensures the economic development of its member  countries. This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council on December 13.   he noted.

According to him, the freedom of movement of goods, services, capital  and labor in the territories of the EAEU member states is a  fundamental principle.  

he noted.  Pashinyan believes this is a   significant step towards increasing the competitiveness of the  states' industry and, with the right approach, can contribute to the  creation of high-tech industries and the expansion of industrial  cooperation. Pashinyan said.

In order to effectively implement the financial assistance mechanism,  Yerevan supports the proposal to expand the list of international  financial organizations and optimize the terms for considering  applications.  This will open up additional opportunities and speed  up the process of implementing joint initiatives.  Another key topic,  according to him, is the development of the transport and logistics  potential of the EAEU, where the capabilities of the member states  are not fully utilized.   the Armenian Prime Minister noted. This  project, initiated by the RA authorities, will ultimately provide  favorable conditions for the development of transport, trade and  economic ties between all interested states based on full respect for  the sovereignty and jurisdiction of countries, as well as the  principle of equality and reciprocity, he added.
