ArmInfo. In Armenia, a year after violations of the rules for using cash registers were identified during thematic tax audits, organizations will not be fined. The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia is discussing amendments to the Tax Code in the second reading at a plenary session on January 20.
According to the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Gevork Papoyan, this concerns organizations whose violations will not exceed 250 thousand drams. In the first case, companies will be warned, and if the violations are repeated, they will be fined 50 thousand drams. The application of new regulations, the minister emphasized, will improve the situation for businesses, since errors in the CCA will not lead to additional tax consequences.
