ArmInfo. 2024 marked a significant period of transformation for the “Power of One Dram” initiative. By the end of the year, the project’s total budget surpassed the 200-million-dram milestone, with last year alone contributing a record-breaking 50 million drams. This remarkable achievement reflects the growing number of supporters joining our mission to improve education, healthcare, address social issues, and protect the environment.
The key highlight is that the majority of the programs funded in 2024—five in total—were focused on education. The remaining programs targeted health, social, and environmental sectors, demonstrating a well-rounded approach to addressing various community needs.
The second notable update is that, alongside financing programs of the 12 beneficiary foundations, IDBank and Idram’s main corporate social responsibility initiative has periodically extended support to individual members of these NGOs, providing them with personal donations.
Now, let's talk about the accomplishments achieved.
With a budget of 3,665,972 AMD, January's first program supported the Hay Mayrer charitable foundation. In addition to the foundation, 20 beneficiaries received idplus gift cards worth 50,000 AMD each, usable at outlets accepting payments via the Idram&IDBank app.
February saw a donation of 3,780,052 AMD made to the City of Smile foundation to support children fighting cancer.
The beneficiary in March was the My Forest Armenia environmental NGO, which received 4,017,648 AMD for increasing Armenia's forest fund and biodiversity conservation projects.
In April, the 4090 Foundation received 3,913,063 AMD, which was allocated for tuition fees for around 100 students who participated in the Four-Day and 44-Day Wars. Additionally, 1 million AMD was given in the form of 40,000 AMD idplus gift cards to 25 beneficiaries for purchasing professional literature and essentials.

June's donation of 4,046,161 AMD went to the Strong Mind NGO for its Horizons summer educational camp.
The 4,165,643 AMD collected in July was entirely directed toward the Social Impact Award program by Impact Hub Yerevan, which focuses on the development of social entrepreneurship in Armenia.
August's beneficiary, the Aren Mehrabyan Foundation, received 4,135,630 AMD to assist households in the Noyemberyan community of Tavush province with pastureland issues.
In September, the beneficiary was the YES Educational Foundation's Munk Technological School, which received 4,093,527 AMD to ensure the continuous education of 400 students and involve over 100 new applicants from 10 communities in Syunik and Lori provinces.
October's entire amount of 4,401,021 AMD collected was donated to the Armenian Children charitable foundation for educational programs benefiting rural children.
November's beneficiary, the Armenia Tree Project with its Home Gardens program, received more than 4 million AMD to support the improvement of the living standards of rural communities and the purchase of saplings for forestation purposes.
Finally, in December, a total of 5,119,225 AMD was raised and allocated to the annual regional forum “Face to Face: Dialogue of Generations” organized by the “Children of the Regions in the Regions” Foundation. This forum aims to provide a platform for children with unique experiences and accomplishments in their respective fields, offering them an opportunity to share their insights and successes.
