Armenia`s government allocates AMD 1.6bln to complete construction of  educational, sports schools 

ArmInfo. On February 20, the Armenian government redistributed about 1.6 billion drams from the funds allocated to the Ministry of Education, Science and Sports (MESS) for the implementation of capital programs.

The funds will be used to ensure the completion of the construction  of a number of educational and sports institutions.

In particular, as reported by the head of the MESS Zhanna Andreasyan,  about 1.59 billion drams must be allocated to finance a number of  educational and sports construction projects that have already been  completed and are in the final stages of completion (construction of  4 kindergartens, 6 modular schools, 1 secondary school building, 3  school gyms, reconstruction of 6 school gyms, construction of 1  sports school and 1 stadium), as well as for the development of  design and estimate documentation for 13 objects and payment for the  examination.

At the same time, the project implements inter-quarter redistribution  in the amount of 10.0 million (in the 1st quarter) to pay for school  laboratory equipment. Another 650.9 million drams will be allocated  for the construction of the Nerkin Sasnashen school.
