ArmInfo. From 2018 to 2024 inclusive, the government invested 113 billion 722 million drams (about $280 million) in communities through subvention programs. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a cabinet meeting on February 20.
Touching upon the real estate tax, Pashinyan noted that the collection under this line has doubled compared to 2019, increasing by 108%, but community budgets are still insufficient to solve all the problems of the communities.
