ArmInfo. Domestic manufacturers and companies from the Eurasian Economic Union countries will receive absolute priority if foreign companies return to the Russian market. This was stated on the Russian government page in Telegram channel by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.
According to him, the authorities of the Russian Federation will allow those in whom they are interested to enter the market.
"In the most important sectors for the technological sovereignty of Russia, absolute priority will be given to domestic manufacturers, as well as manufacturers from the EAEU. During the time when sanctions packages were being formed one after another, our system of preferences in public procurement, as well as the system of support measures, have seriously evolved. For joint projects with foreigners, conditions have been formed regarding localization, technology transfer and control over projects by Russian participants. We will not deviate from these principles, and this is the reality that foreign companies will have to keep in mind," Denis Manturov emphasized
