Several bank  interested in financing the Amulsar project

In addition to the main bank, which has expressed a desire to finance the exploitation  of the Amulsar gold mine, several other banks have also shown interest in providing additional financing for the launch of the project. Daniel Azatyan, the Chairman of the Union of Banks of Armenia (UBA), told journalists  during a press conference on February 25.

He did not disclose any details, as changes may still occur, but  noted that there are ongoing negotiations with the government  regarding the terms and the amount of financing. He stated that the  discussions involve a sum of  $300 million.
