ArmInfo.The Eurasian Development Bank will provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Finance of Armenia in implementing a comprehensive program to improve the qualifications of the department's employees. The RA Government approved the implementation of this project at a meeting on March 6.
The Cabinet's justification notes that the goal of the program is to promote the development of the human resources potential of the Ministry of Finance, the professional skills of its employees, which will contribute to improving work efficiency. Taking into account the identified needs, it is planned to train 55 mid-level managers within the framework of the project. In particular, it is envisaged to implement educational activities to develop skills based on the methodology of situational tasks.
The educational programs, in addition to other activities, will include individual and group training by invited experts, including the method of sharing experience, which will reveal the personal qualities, potential and growth opportunities of trainees, create an atmosphere of cooperation and develop communication skills.
To implement the information component of the project, a final event with invited EDB specialists will also be held within the framework of the program.
