Samara airport receives Yerevan-Moscow flight

ArmInfo.Kurumoch International Airport in Samara, as a reserve airfield, received a flight from  Yerevan en route to Moscow on the morning of March 11. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the airport information.

"On March 11, 10 flights en route to Moscow from Hurghada, Dubai,  Magnitogorsk, Bishkek, Karshi, Termez, Bukhara, Yerevan, Tyumen and  Kemerovo arrived at the reserve airfield in Samara.  Representatives  of the airline are working with passengers," the airport  representative said. On the morning of March 11, the airports of the  Moscow air hub stopped accepting and releasing planes for safety  reasons.

Earlier it was reported that the Kazan airport received eight flights  en route to Moscow - from Yerevan, Baku, Osh, Kulyab, Novokuznetsk  and Omsk.

On the night of March 11, the capital of the Russian Federation was  subjected to a massive attack by Ukrainian drones. In his theogram  channel, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that by 8:45 a.m.,  Russian air defense forces shot down 74 Ukrainian drones flying to  Moscow. The mayor said that this was the most massive attack by  Ukrainian drones on Moscow.
