The main goal of this program is to develop an investment plan for climate change adaptation in Armenia's road infrastructure enhance the assessment of climate change adaptation projects and strengthen knowledge in investment planning in this area.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Deputy Head of the Ministry Kristine Galechyan held a meeting with representatives of the companies implementing this program. Kristine Ghalechyan emphasized that the Armenian government attaches importance to the development of sustainable and safe transport infrastructure, which requires collaborative efforts with the private sector, scientific institutions and international partners. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue cooperation to conduct joint research, present expert assessments and propose solutions that will contribute to the sustainability and development of Armenia's transport infrastructure.
