ArmInfo. On April 2, Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan held a meeting with a delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Tran Hong Ha.
As reported by the press service of the RA government, the Deputy Prime Minister welcomed the guests and noted with satisfaction the visit of such a representative delegation from Vietnam to Armenia. He emphasized the importance of developing relations between the two countries in areas of mutual interest. During the meeting, the parties discussed the potential for enhancing trade and economic relations, including within the framework of the free trade agreement signed between the EAEU and Vietnam. They also highlighted possible cooperation in high-tech industry, and the need to intensify contacts between people and business circles for the development of tourism. The parties stressed the importance of increasing the activities of the intergovernmental commission and discussing key issues of bilateral cooperation within its framework
