Armenia  developing tourism cooperation with Lithuania

ArmInfo.  Armenia is developing tourism cooperation with Lithuania. As reported by the Embassy of Armenia to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, a travel guide was presented in Vilnius.

The guidebook was developed by the diplomatic corps of Armenia in  Vilnius in collaboration with the Honorary Consul of Armenia in  Lithuania, Karapet Babayan.  It aims to promote the development of  Armenia's tourism sector, to raise awareness about Armenia in  Lithuania, and  to showcase the country's rich cultural heritage.   The event began with a welcoming speech of by Ara Margaryan,  Ambassador of Armenia to Lithuania, followed by remarks from the  editor of the guidebook, Ona Nosevichene. The presentation was  attended by ambassadors accredited in Lithuania, officials of the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania and government agencies,  tourism industry representatives, journalists, members of the  Armenian community, etc.
