Armenian authorities consider expanding affordable housing program to  families in border settlements

ArmInfo.A meeting was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to discuss the progress  of the state support program for providing affordable housing to families in border settlements of the Republic of Armenia for 2022-2025.

As reported by the Prime Minister's press service, Deputy Minister of  Labor and Social Affairs David Khachatryan stated that as of May 1,  the number of transactions was 2,254.  The meeting discussed issues  related to the current and future continuity of the program. In  particular, the discussion focused on defining new criteria for  participation in the program, determining target indicators in  accordance with these criteria, as well as the possibility of  integrating other groups with housing problems into the program. In  connection with the above issues, the Prime Minister instructed to  conduct a study and provide information on potential beneficiaries  who meet the newly established criteria.
