Possibilities of establishing public-private partnership with Yandex  company discussed in Yerevan 

ArmInfo.  Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan received the head of Yandex in Armenia Aram Mkhitaryan.

As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy, the parties discussed the possibilities of establishing a PPP  (public-private partnership). In addition, the head of the company presented to the minister the areas of Yandex's activities in Armenia, as well as current programs and future initiatives.

It was noted that, since 2017, the company has been conducting programming courses for high school students in Gyumri and Vanadzor, and is also cooperating with the Armenian Code Academy to organize engineering courses.

In addition, the company conducts training courses in the field of Data Science at the Russian-Armenian University and at Yerevan State University - an intensive course on generative modeling.

is represented in Armenia by online services for irregular passenger transportation, delivery and food services, geo-services, entertainment platforms, and educational projects.
