According to him, another priority for the company is to enhance the quality of services for a larger number of consumers, and to provide the necessary infrastructure for power distribution.

This year that figure is expected to increase to 53.9 billion drams. These funds are planned to be used for the modernization of six substations with a voltage of up to 110 kilovolts, including the Spitak substation. The head of the PSRC mentioned that technical groups from the Public Services Regulatory Commission have been sent to various regions of the country to assess the activities of CJSC "Electric Networks of Armenia" and monitor the company's compliance with its investment obligations. The goal of these groups is to study the effectiveness of investments according to various indicators. The initial results of the monitoring are currently in the research stage. At present, issues such as voltage deviations, the use of electricity meters in unsatisfactory condition, and other related matters are being addressed.
