ArmInfo. The Minister of Finance of Armenia Vahe Hovhannisyan met with Mathieu Vasseur, the regional director of the French Development Agency (FDA), to discuss financing options for the construction of the Bargushan tunnel, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Armenia.
During the meeting, Hovhannisyan stressed the importance of initiating a program promptly to carry out this project. Additionally, Minister expressed hope for the timely and successful implementation of the envisaged reforms required for the loan agreement between Armenia and FDA on budgetary assistance. The head of the Armenian Ministry of Finance highly appreciated the assistance of the French side in implementing structural and institutional reforms carried out by the Armenian government.
