ArmInfo. RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan discussed current and completed projects during a meeting with RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan on June 6.
Particularly, as reported by the presidential press service, the minister presented the progress made in road construction and related areas. David Khudatyan highlighted the ongoing on various sections of the North- South highway, specifically in the settlements of the Syunik region, including the Kajaran-Meghri section and the Ashtarak-Gyumri road section. He also shared the results tunnel and bridge construction. In 2024, approximately 500 km of roads were built. The ministry's goal for this year is the construction and restoration of a similar number of roads.
The President of the Republic emphasized the importance of infrastructure development, noting its role in promoting balanced territorial development, economic advancement and enhancing the overall quality of life for the population.
