Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Oksana Abrahamyan received a delegation from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV). The delegation was headed by Director of the Development Cooperation Department of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ingrid Kressel and Director of Digitalization of ESTDEV Andres Arema. This was reported by the press service of the RA Ministry of Justice.
The source notes that the meeting was held as a logical continuation of the official visit of the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to Estonia, confirming the readiness to strengthen and ensure the continuity of the cooperation established between the two countries.
During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed issues related to the agenda of digitalization of the justice sector, existing challenges, as well as the parties' vision of creating a more transparent, accessible and effective system for providing public services to citizens.
Particular attention was paid to the possibilities of expanding digital solutions in the justice sector. The importance of applying the principles of artificial intelligence, technological innovation and accessibility of services was emphasized.
