ArmInfo. On July 2, the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of Armenia, approved the sale of 100% of shares of the telecommunications company GNC-ALFA (brand OVIO, formerly Rostelecom Armenia) to another telecommunications operator, Viva Armenia CJSC (brand Viva).
"A six-month timeframe has been set for concluding a possible transaction starting from the date the Commission's decision's comes into effect," the Regulator's decision says.
