ArmInfo. Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Russian government to amend legislation and develop a mechanism for revoking certificates for goods issued in countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) with violations, as reported by RBC, citing the Kremlin press service.
According to the President's order, it is necessary to have the ability to terminate or invalidate such goods, suspend circulation and withdraw them from the market. Additionally, the President emphasized the need to enhance the effectiveness of mechanisms for monitoring compliance with the mandatory requirements of technical regulations.
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has been appointed responsible; he must submit a report on the work done by December 30, 2025. Commenting on this order, economist Haykaz Fanyan pointed out that its application threatens Armenia with a new "death". "The solution to this issue is clear: diversification and more diversification," Fanyan noted.
