ArmInfo. Arman Khachatryan, Ambassador of Armenia to France, met with Gautier Ricord, the President of the South Caucasus Group of the French Entrepreneurial Movement (MEDEF), to discuss opportunities for enhancing economic cooperation between Armenia and France.
As reported by the press service of the Armenian Embassy in France, the parties emphasized the significance of strengthening connections between the private sector and foster business contacts. Khachatryan presented the economic potential of Armenia, investment climate reforms, as well as areas such as high technology, energy, infrastructure, agriculture and tourism, where joint projects can be implemented.
In turn, Ricord confirmed the willingness of the French business community to more actively participate in the Armenian economy and consider new investment initiatives. The parties exchanged views on joint events planned for the coming months, including the organization of business forums and missions.
