"There are problems with the system, our specialists are working to fix them. We apologize for the inconvenience," the ArCa answering machine reported.
Judging by the notifications sent by banks to their clients, due to problems with the ArCa system, transactions carried out by clients are being processed longer than usual, which in turn leads to delays in payments. But QR payment transactions are carried out without interruption.
