Stockholm Arbitration Court`s decision is subject to immediate  execution: Nairi Sargsyan

ArmInfo. The decision of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) on ENA is to be promptly enforced, as stated by Nairi Sargsyan,  Chairman of the Audit Chamber and head of the "Armenia is Me"  initiative,   during a press conference on July 22.

According to him, there are two  possible outcomes following the  decision: the first involves a legal process that requires the  immediate change of the manager at the State Register Agency of Legal  Entities within the Ministry of Justice of Armenia. " ENA should   continue its regular operations," Sargsyan said.

The situation may also unfold in a more aggressive, "Pashinyan"  scenario, where the authorities persist in creaintg artificial  obstacles for a period of time. However,  these actions are also  subject to legal assessment, he emphasized. The economist also  highlighted that Armenia's business reputation has already suffered  due to the launch of the nationalization process of  "Electric  Networks". The forced seizure of property rights started right after  the statement of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. "Consequently, in  such circumstances, no significant investor would consider investing  in such a country," Sargsyan noted.
