Armenian Deputy PM, WB Regional Director  discuss potential  for future collaboration 

ArmInfo.  Today, RA Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan received World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus Roland Price and Fabrizio Zarcone, the newly appointed Head of the World Bank Armenia Office.

As reported by the press service of the RA government, Roland Price expressed gratitude for the meeting and introduced the newly appointed Head of the World Bank Armenia Office to the Deputy Prime Minister.  He assured that Zarcone will use his experience in various regions and key areas of cooperation to implement the goals of the RA development agenda.

The Deputy Prime Minister congratulated Fabrizio Zarcone on his new role and wished him success in further expanding and developing productive cooperation with the World Bank. During the meeting, the participants discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation, including ongoing initiatives in  water management, healthcare, tourism, as well as public administration reforms and future cooperation prospects.

They also discussed the progress of the housing program for internally displaced persons from Nagorno- Karabakh and the planned cooperation with the World Bank in this regard.
