ArmInfo. Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Vardan Kostanyan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Armenia Petr Piruncik yesterday.
As reported by the press service of MTAI, during the meeting the importance of launching a solid waste management program in the Kotayk and Gegharkunik regions was emphasized. The program "Implementation of an integrated garbage collection and solid waste management system in 8 regions of the Republic of Armenia" and possible cooperation within its framework were also discussed.
The Ambassador, pointing to the close partnership relations established between the two countries, noted that Czech companies are interested in the opportunities to participate in Armenian programs and invest.
