ArmInfo.  In the first half of the year, the state treasury of Armenia received 3.1 billion drams in taxes from 71 international corporations, as reported by Eduard  Hakobyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee (SRC).

"As of July 1, the tax base of non-resident organizations providing  electronic services to individuals in Armenia amounted to about 15.6  billion drams, with more than 3.1 billion drams payable as VAT to the  state budget," he wrote.

According to him, 71 large international organizations have used the  e-VAT system. "Thanks to the e-VAT system implemented by the State  Revenue Committee, large international organizations are increasing  the revenues of Armenia's state budget of Armenia and promoting tax  transparency. By using the services of Google, Facebook, TikTok,  Spotify, Amazon, Netflix, eBay and other corporations, you  are also  contributing to the increase  in  state revenues for Armenia," the  country's chief tax officer said.
