"True to form, he is once again on course for a fiasco," he wrote on his Facebook page in English.
It is worth noting that he simultaneously posted two nearly identical messages, the second in Armenian. "Nikol Pashinyan, who has unacceptably abused the trust of many of us, faces yet another failure. We will not allow to blame us for his and his government's disgraceful mistakes and failures, which have resulted in the inability to carry out a number of programs developed by the ANIF founding team," Papazyan wrote.
