
ArmInfo A major technology park worth $160 million will be built in Armenia. RA Minister of Economy Gevork Papoyan visited the Dalan Technopark construction site yesterday, where he reviewed the progress of construction of the largest complex.
According to the Ministry of Economy's press service, the complex's business park area is 154,000 square meters, with 34,300 square meters of office space. An investment of $80 million has already been made, and another $80 million is planned for the complex's final appearance.
Dalan Technopark is a business ecosystem offering the first modern workspace of its kind in the region, designed according to international LEED and BOMA standards.
Gevorg Papoyan inspected the complex's construction site and monitored ongoing and planned work. The technology park will feature business lounges, conference rooms, shared workspaces, recreation areas, restaurants, event halls, cafes, and green spaces.
