Minimum 2% cashback for cashless transactions in Armenia - premier 

ArmInfo.  A universal cashback system for non-cash transactions will be introduced in Armenia, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced on October 27 at budget hearings  in parliament.

"All citizens will receive a 2% cashback for non-cash transactions,"  he said.

The Prime Minister noted that the cashback system for pensioners will  also be continued and expanded to 20% of the total non-cash payment  amount, up from the current 12%. Accordingly, the maximum cashback  amount will be increased from 6,000 to 10,000 drams.

As a reminder, the cashback program for pensioners and beneficiaries  paying with bank cards was extended in 2025. The program was launched  in July 2022. The state provided a 10% cashback, up to 5,000 drams,  to all pensioners who used their cards to purchase goods and  services. Starting in October 2024, the cashback on non-cash  purchases was increased to 12%, or up to 6,000 drams.
