
ArmInfo. As of October 31, 2025, tax revenues to the Armenian state treasury amounted to 2.240.5 bln drams, compared to the planned 2. 720.3 bln drams for the current year, as reported by the Budget Office of the National Assembly.
Specifically, compared to the same period in 2024, tax revenues and state duties increased by 13.7%, or approximately 270.3 bln drams. At the same time, actual tax collection compared to the annual target was 82.4%, or 479.8 billion drams less than planned.
Tax revenues and state duties by the end of October this year exceeded collections for the same period in 2023 by 21.5%, or 396.1 billion drams. This represents a 40.5%, or 645.8 billion drams, increase compared to 2022, and a 72.6%, or 942.1 billion drams, increase compared to October 2021.
Recall, according to the 2025 state budget, the GDP growth will be 5.1%. Revenues are projected at 2 trillion 873.6 billion drams, with 2. 720.3 bln drams coming from taxes and state duties.
