
ArmInfo. The PSRC is planning to revoke Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC's operating license, as announced in a statement issued by the regulatory body. According to the source, the issue will be considered on November 13.
"On November 13 at 2:00 PM, a meeting of the Public Services Regulatory Commission will be held at 4 Tigran Mets Ave. (2nd floor hall). The agenda will consider the termination of the power (capacity) distribution license of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC," the PSRC statement reads.
Note that if the CJSC's license is revoked, it will either be nationalized or a part of its shares will be sold to an internationally recognized company, with state control still in place.
