ArmInfo. Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan met with Prince Saud bin Sultan Al Saud, Director of the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia (PIF), during a working visit to Riyadh. Papoyan announced this on his Facebook account.
The Public Investment Fund (PIF) is Saudi Arabia's sovereign wealth fund, one of the largest in the world. It manages assets worth over $900 billion. The fund invests in technology, infrastructure, energy, tourism, and sports, ranking among the top five sovereign wealth funds in the world.
According to the minister, during the meeting, the parties discussed the fund's investment opportunities in Armenia.
