Dalan Technopark announces its first bond issuance 

ArmInfo.A bond issue has been released to mark the completion of the Dalan Technopark consruction, as announced by the CUBE INVEST management, the investment company acting as the underwriter and market maker for these corporate debt securities, at the International PLUS Forum FinnoWay Armenia 2025.

According to official sources, the DALAN TECHNOLOGIES LLC  is the  issuer of the bonds, with an authorized capital of 7,316,180,000  Armenian drams (AMD) (EUR 16.5 million). The company's balance sheet  total for the first six months of this year is AMD 24,593,708,000 and  the  net profit amounted to AMD 129,925,000. The prospectus for the  securities issue was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia on  October 8, 2025. The placement was announced on October 10.

According to CUBE INVEST, the placement  of  nominal coupon bonds  will take place from  November 10, 2025, to April 10, 2026, in both  AMD and USD tranches

According to the prospectus, the company plans to issue 25,000  dram-denominated bonds with a par value of AMD 100,000 per bond and  100,000 dollar-denominated bonds with a par value of USD 100. The  maturity of both issues is 36 months. The coupon yield on the Dram  bonds is 13.50% per annum, while the dollar bonds bear 8.75%. Coupon  payments will be made every six months. The placement is being  conducted over-the-counter using the direct sales method by the  investment company CUBE INVEST.

Dalan Technopark is the most unique architectural and urban  development project in Armenia's modern history, a project certified  to  international standards, including LEED (LEED v4 for BD+C: Core  and Shell) and BOMA (ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-2017). It is designed to create  a completely new level of business environment for Armenia, combining  all the necessary conditions for effective work, collaboration, and  development. The project is designed to accommodate over 3,000  employees and is expected to become one of the most important  business hubs in the region, with a development area of  over 154,000  square meters.

Construction work on the technopark began in January 2023. Currently,  approximately 80 percent of the work is complete, the two main  buildings are connected by a unique arch, and construction of the  standardized floors is underway. The project is scheduled for  completion by the end of 2026.
