ArmInfo. Armenian food companies are participating in the international agricultural exhibition Agro Pack 2025. According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, the event is taking place from November 24 to 27 in Erbil, Republic of Iraq. Armenia was represented by 10 manufacturers under a single pavilion. According to the source, the exhibition participants were received at the Armenian Consulate in Iraq.
The parties discussed the potential and procedures for exporting from Armenia to Iraq. Consul Rafael Movsesyan expressed his willingness to help increase the visibility of Armenian products in the Iraqi market. He also noted the importance of participating in exhibitions, as they provide an additional opportunity to find new partners, establish mutually beneficial relationships, and showcase Armenian products.
It should be noted that according to the RA Statistical Committee, foreign trade turnover between Armenia and Iraq in January-September 2025 increased by 59.9%, amounting to $248.3 million. 99.5% of this volume was accounted for by exports, with an annual growth of 59.6%, while imports grew by 2.7 times to $1.1 million.
