ArmInfo. On December 9, Deputy Minister of Economy of Armenia Arman Khojoyan met with a delegation led by Rishan Chowdhury, Regional Agricultural Attache for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
According to the Ministry of Economy's press service, the results of a wheat value chain study conducted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the University of Kansas were presented during the meeting.
The current situation with wheat production and supply in Armenia was discussed, along with proposals for expanding local production and improving sector efficiency.
Further cooperation will contribute to the development of the wheat value chain in Armenia, ensuring stable food security.
